Reports indicate that fan-favorite stars Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson are returning to their iconic characters in the next chapter of the Hunger Games film series, titled The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping. The project is now in the works.

The actors will once again portray Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark, the roles they originated. Speculation suggests their roles will take the form of a brief glimpse ahead, considering the original saga concluded with their characters married and with children.
